Ultimate help for really bad sprain

My ankle was massively swollen briused all over right from shin to all toes after a twist during a mountain run, i had it checked but was told not broken, this helped so much for reducing the swelling when i was out and about and helped reduce the pain as it also helps with stability but still able to wear with trainers, about 8 weeks on and i still wear on occasion, i highly recommend to have these if you do anything that increases your risk of twists or sprains as it did take a week or so to get it in the post.

I broke my fibula last year and then managed to sprain the same ankle this year!! This ankle support sleeve gave me the support and strength I needed, even took some of the pain away. The ankle straps gave extra support and it was very comfortable to wear. Would definitely buy again and the service was excellent, thank you flamin fitness
