I'm very happy with my non slip shakti math. Haven't needed any painkiller for headaches since I've starting lying on it. Also got the funniest order confirmation email ever. The team of "flamin fitness" was so happy to receive my order that " tears of joy had been shed" and " Don't stop believing " came blasting from their speakers after they had received another order. Hahaha ! Very original . Will order another of the anti slip math with spikes for a for my auntie suffering from lots of aches and pains for her birthday. After getting through the first few minutes on the math it soon starts feeling extremely relaxing and the body starts giving in and so many times I fell asleep on it. Works for my partner too, got it for his often stiff neck and lower back pain. My brother initially recommended the math to me. One of the best investments so far this year for sure. Very fast delivery. Came in six days. The goods are of excellent quality.

I liked the mat, good size. Pillow is comfortable. The needles were not as sharp as expected but still work well! The customer service team are sociable and responsive. I recommend you buy this if you're looking for something like it, it is the cheapest on the market by a long shot but is still of great quality!

I have thoroughly enjoyed using this set over the last few weeks - I bought it as I was experiencing some back pain due to working at home for practically a year now! It has done a good job at reducing the pain I was experiencing, I'd recommend.
