How To Do A Dumbbell Bench Press

Written Instructions

  1. Lie with your back flat on the bench with a pair of dumbbells in your hands with your feet planted into the floor.
  2. Raise your arms straight up, slightly wider than shoulder width apart so your palms are facing towards your feet.
  3. Bring the dumbbells down until they are level with your chest.
  4. Once sufficient depth has been made, drive the dumbbells back up until arms are straight up again.
