How To Do A Glute Bridge

Written Instructions

  1. Lay flat on your back with your legs up bent, feet flat on the floor around hip width apart. Have your arms flat on the floor beside you.
  2. Keeping your core tight, squeeze your hamstrings and glutes to raise your hips upwards.
  3. Stop once you have reached a point where your chest, hips and knees are all in a straight line.
  4. At this point give your bum and extra squeeze and gently lower your hips back down.

Looking for more of a flamin' challenge? Try doing a single leg glute bridge, using a single leg can really help you get your sweat on.
