Written Instructions

  1. Jump up on a pull up bar with a shoulder width grip, knuckles facing the sky.
  2. Hands straight down so arms and legs are extended.
  3. Keeping your legs straight, squeeze your core so your legs come up to hip height to a 90 degree angle and your body is making an ‘L’ shape. Try to avoid swinging your body.
  4. Keeping your legs straight, gently lower them back down until they’re straight underneath you again.
