Written Instructions

  1. Start in a press up position; laying face down with your arms fully extended out directly under your shoulders. Come up onto your toes so that your body is in a straight line.
  2. Squeezing your core, drive your right knee up towards your chest, swapping legs once you’ve reached chest level.
  3. Focus on maintains a strict plank position, keeping your core tight, bum down and not allowing the chest to collapse.
