How To Do A Sprint With A Jump

Written Instructions

  1. Find 2 markers than are bigger than 10m apart and follow a straight path.
  2. Starting at one marker, run towards the other as fast as you can.
  3. Once you’ve reached the 2nd marker, jump up into the air with your hands above your head.
  4. Once you’ve landed with bent legs, turn around and sprint back to the original marker, performing another jump once you get there.
  5. Repeat for time.


Struggling to complete this movement? Step it down a notch by removing the jump and trying sprints.
